The Board of Trustees is responsible for the policy direction of California Trinity University. It exercises general and ultimate control over the management of the University s activities and affairs, including but not limited to educational programs and services, administrative and fiscal matters, academic and employment policies and procedures.
The men and women who make up the Board have been considered for their wide range of experience and expertise, and are well known for integrity, professionalism, community standing and background as decision maker. |

The Board of Trustees is made up of seven members; two come from the institution, four from the public sector and one is an alumnus of the University.
- Kevin K. Choe, M.B.A., D.C., L.Ac., Ph.D. Chairperson
- Eun Ju Jang, B.A., CEO of Dynasty, Inc., C.F.O
- Norman Montrose Juris Doctor at Loyola University: Norman Montrose has been ranked as a calendar Deputy District Attorney since 1976 and had supervised 18 felony prosecutions for the superior court department.
- Ken Choe, Ph.D. THMC(Ttokamsa Home Mission Church) Senior Pastor.
- Jason Lee: Los Angeles Polica Department Public Information Officer.

The Corporation s bylaws clearly define the broad authority of the Board of Trustees, its membership, its meetings, the term, duties and responsibilities of its members and officers, the term, authority and responsibilities of the President of the University.
The Board of Trustees also sets the parameters of how it is organized to maximize its effectiveness in serving the purpose and objectives of the institution. The bylaws are reviewed periodically by the Secretary and by legal counsel to ensure that they are consistent with all applicable law.
Proposals for changes or adoption of new policies, procedures, authorizations or any other Board considerations may be initiated by any Trustee or the President. In addition, any administrator, University committee, faculty member or representative of the student government may initiate a proposal by submitting such in writing to the President. |
