To provide quality educational programs in Traditional Oriental Medicine that attract qualified students irrespective of race, color, ethnicity, nationality, age, gender, or physical handicap;
To provide an academic environment conducive for the students' intellectual, spiritual, social, cultural, moral, aesthetic and personal development so that graduates will attain a broad-based and positive attitude toward life;
To instill in the minds of our graduates that, as healthcare professionals, they should maintain a conscious sense of responsibility, charity and sanctity of human life, thereby becoming competent and caring healthcare providers?i.e., physicians of TOM in the best sense;
To develop research skills enabling our graduates to understand and contribute to the advancement of Traditional OrientalMedicine, furthering the integration of the best in both the Eastern and Western medical traditions;
To provide a working environment that is professionally stimulating and rewarding to its administrators, faculty students and staff.
