| Admission Requirements |

| Applicants must provide evidence of the following: |
1. A master¡¯s degree in medical, biomedical or health science field or equivalent (See appendix 1) from an approved college or university that¡¯s regionally or nationally accredited.
2. Official transcripts from previous colleges and/or universities.
3. Have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on graduate degree posted transcripts.
4. Complete the Application form for admission.
5. Three letters of reference affirming the applicant¡¯s potential for scholarly, investigative, and creative endeavors in Medical Science.
6. A statement of educational objectives, specific focus of research, and program and career goals.
7. Two current color passport size photos.
8. International Students have a minimum Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL¢ç) test score of 213 or minimum Berlitz¢ç score of 550 if your native language is not English. |

| Tuition Fee and Admission Process |

1. Application Fee (non-refundable): $150
2. Registration Fee (non-refundable): $75 each semester
3. Tuition Fee: $212 per unit ($14,840 for 70 units)

All required documents must be submitted to the Admissions Office at least 10 days prior to the beginning or the first day of class. Applicants judged to be fully qualified to successfully complete the University¡¯s educational programs will be notified in writing for a personal interview with the Director of Admissions, Academic Dean or President.
All students are required to register for the following semester by the scheduled registration deadline which is usually one or two weeks before the start date of the new semester. These deadlines will be posted in the Admission office. |

| Refund Policy |

| Full Refund |
| To be eligible for a full tuition fee refund, a student should terminate enrollment before midnight of the fifth business day after the day a semester starts. |

| Pro-rata Refund |
Refunds for tuition fees shall be made in accordance with the following pro-rata refund policy, which is in compliance with all applicable state laws and regulations: The refund policy may also apply to any student who is terminated from the program by the University administration.
Up to 5 business days of every semester 100% Refund for tuition fee
Up to 20 business days of every semester 50% Refund of tuition fee
If a candidate wants to drop the semester after 21 business days of semester, tuition fee will not be refunded. |
